Inside Outs

Welcome to the soon-to-be-released Season One of the Inside Outs podcast.

Imagine being a teacher – trying to make a difference.  Now imagine that your classroom is on the inside of a maximum-security juvenile correctional facility.

In my classroom there were fights, threats, gang members, wannabe gang members, and a plethora of profanity.  We did some reading and writing too.

Over the course of the first season, I will try to help you understand what life was like on the inside.  There will be quiz questions and vocabulary lessons.

Above all, I want you to understand and appreciate that there is no greater gift than your freedom.
